COVID-19 Store Reopening Policy.
Dear BOGARI Customers and Friends,
Please know the safety of everyone – our customers and our employees – is our number one priority.
We take the following steps:
a. Limit the number of customers in the showroom to six at any one time (two people per party). We know that sometimes families like to shop for furniture together, but in these challenging times, we will limit your visit to two people.
b. Our sales associates will wear masks while assisting customers.
c. Regular wiping and sanitizing of surfaces throughout the store.
d. Provide hand sanitizer and gloves to customers upon entry. We request that all customers use the hand sanitizer before entering the showroom.
e. Request that all customers wear masks. We will provide new masks to any customer who requests one.
f. Our restrooms will be closed to the public.
g. Encourage customers to call us in advance to make an appointment so we can assist you in the safest possible way. Please call us at (864) 254-0770

Return Policy
Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Customer must have the original store receipt. No Returns on Special Orders and floor samples sold "as is".
All furniture falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you discover any damage or missing parts, you should contact the store within 48 hours.
Special Orders Policy
- 50% deposit is required at the time of the order.
- Order cancellations will be accepted within 5 business days of the order for a full refund. Cancellations after 5 business days will not be accepted and the deposit will not be refunded.
- The expected shipping time on special orders is only an estimate and we do not take responsibility for delays due to production, shipping, customs and etc. that are out of our control.
- The remaining 50% of the balance must be paid in full within 7 days after notice of availability of merchandise and before delivery. We must schedule delivery within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. A storage fee of 2% of the total order amount per month will be charged if delivery is not accepted within 10 days after notice of availability of merchandise for delivery, unless otherwise aproved by management. If you fail to accept delivery for 90 days after notice of availability of merchandise for delivery, at our sole option and at anytime thereafter, we may cancel your order and refund your payment less any unpaid storage fees and a 15% service and handling fee.
- Under special circumstanses return of merchandise could be approved by BOGARI's management. Those returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
